Master Blasters (Pty) Ltd, was incorporated in 2012 after its shareholders decided to actively address the inequalities, lack of opportunities and economic benefit of Black persons in the explosives industry.

At Master Blasters, we recruit and train highly motivated individuals from historically disadvantaged backgrounds who share in our vision, to become skilled and knowledgeable in the explosives environment, thus enabling them to meaningfully contribute to the upliftment of their families, communities and the country at large.



To achieve economic transformation in the explosives sector by changing the status quo, from it being an exclusive industry, to one that also includes and economically benefits historically disadvantaged South Africans

To provide the means for people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds to be knowledgeable, skilled and competent role players in the explosives industry, through employment and partnerships with Master Blasters, thereby financially benefiting them from this sector

To provide our Clients with an unrivalled professional explosives service, effectively and efficiently without compromising on safety, through the exclusive recruitment and training of historically disadvantaged individuals, thereby actively transforming the economy of the explosives sector to equally benefit all South Africans
