Master Blasters are experts in opencast drilling and blasting. We have our own fleet of drill rigs and compressors. Our blasts are designed, loaded and detonated to create minimal fly-rock, air-blast and ground vibration, whilst achieving the required rock fragmentation. Our blasting technique reduces over-break in the surrounding rock mass and maintains high wall and bench stability, which is a critical safety component in any mine. Our operations are designed to reduce the overall costs of our Clients who benefit from a reduced processing cost per ton resulting in increased profits and sustainability of the mine.
